Real Therapy...
Real Results
At Complements for Health, we believe that optimal health care weaves together the art and science of traditional and alternative medicine. Traditional and alternative methods can complement each other perfectly, and achieve results that neither could alone. This integrative approach can provide comprehensive mind/body health care which is successful in treating complex health issues such as chronic pain.
Our mission is to facilitate the health and well-being of others by: 1) providing online access to a variety of information and product resources for every area of your life and 2) offering massage therapy and bodywork services at our location within the Nashua Athletic Club in Nashua, NH. Andrea Paduchak, owner of Complements for Health, is a licensed physical therapist (PT) and licensed massage therapist (LMT). Her unique background includes extensive training in anatomy and physiology, injury assessment/treatment, and over 13 years experience in manual therapy. This provides her clients/patients with a higher level of individualized care and successful achievement of their goals - from stress reduction to injury rehabilitation.
She delivers "Real Therapy for Real Results."
Performing an Ashiatsu Treatment
Along with blending the art and science of hands-on modalities, Andrea also focuses heavily on educating clients about proper self-care that they should do at home or office to complement the bodywork they receive. For example, Andrea may recommend specific exercises and stretches, postural correction and ergonomics, use of heat/ice, etc. No cookie-cutter treatments here!!
A wide variety of therapeutic massage styles are offered including: Swedish, Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), Prenatal/Postnatal, Hot Stone massage, Lymph drainage, and, of course, Andrea's signature specialty - Ultra Deep Tissue/Sports massage for individuals who want to be painfree and achieve peak performance in everything they do. You can learn more about these massage services by viewing Types of Massage.
Have you ever been dissatisfied with the outcome of your Physical Therapy rehabilitation after injury or surgery (i.e. discharged without being 100%)? A clinical massage may be the answer; because it can break up scarring and adhesions, fluid build-up, and address other soft-tissue issues that were unaddressed previously. For common musculoskeletal conditions such as tendinitis, a Clinical massage can become the necessary "post-rehab" rehabilitation.
